HOW IT WORKS?
If you want to use OstaEU, a parcel forwarding platform, but don't know how to get started, here are the key steps:
You need to create a new account to get started with OstaEU services. You need to fill in the registration form by entering your email address, password, full name, address, phone number and age.
Be sure to read the Terms of Service before you press the Register button. After getting acquainted with the rules, mark it, that you agree to the Terms of Service. You will be notified by email of successful registration.
For identification purposes, click on the button "Confirm identity", and you'll be taken to the page of payment method selection to confirm your identity.
After selecting the most convenient payment method, click on the button "Pay". Clicking will take you to the payment page of your chosen bank, follow the directions and instructions from the bank to complete the payment (cost 1 EUR)
Once you have confirmed your identity, you will see the German, Spanish, UK, Polish, French, Italian, Dutch and other European countries addresses appear in the right corner of your account window. Please select the following addresses for our German, Spanish, UK, Polish, French, Italian, Dutch and other European countries warehouse when making your desired purchase. It is very important to provide the address details exactly as we give you, especially the full name of the person accepting the parcels and customer number (ID) of the consignee, which is a unique account number by which we will identify your parcel and assign it to your account. You will be notified about it by email. Upon receipt of your purchase, it will be shipped to Estonia and delivered to you by one of your chosen delivery methods.
After the parcel arrives in Estonia, the status of the parcel in your account will be changed to – Parcel in distribution center. You can choose the delivery and payment methods and pay for the services provided from the moment the parcels arrive at the foreign warehouse.
If you choose to pay by bank or e-banking, you will be directed to a webpage where you will pay for the services provided by following the instructions. You will be notified by email of the successful payment.
For the delivery of parcels, you should choose one of the delivery methods offered: Omniva self-service parcel trerminals, DPD pick-up points or DPD courier.
Once your payment is received, we will send your purchases immediately. You will be notified by e-mail of purchases shipped and the status of the purchase in your account will be changed to – Parcel sent.
