Requirements for candidates
• Has proven 1 year and more of working experience in running SEM/paid social media/retargeting campaigns
• Knows digital channels and website analytics tools
• Is result driven and goal-oriented problem solver
• Has perfect planning and presentation skills
• Uses English at an effective operational independent level
• Knows Russian language (a big plus)
• Is a team player with positive attitude
• Has skills in web management, design (a big plus)
Job description
• Running of performance-based SEM/paid social media/retargeting/advertising campaigns
• Manage and create content for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube)
• Coordinate collaborations with influencers
• Create a positive customer experience on our online platforms
• Manage digital campaigns budgets
• Monitor and optimize ongoing digital campaigns
• Collaborate and work cross-functionally with the Baltics marketing team
• Measure and report campaigns’ efficiency and suggest ideas how to improve
